COMPANY HISTORY

Established in January 2004, ACE REALTY & INVESTMENTS TUCSON LLC is one of the most recent additions to the large choice of real estate agencies in Tucson. Although the company itself is fairly new, the founders, Doug Tinkler and Ingrid M. Dalton, are highly experienced in handling all aspects of residential real estate, including land, new construction, investment properties, and more. The company is licensed in the State of Arizona.

The goal of ACE REALTY is to make a difference in this thriving industry with personal care and commitment, and with the expertise, support and energy of a great team of agents. The company is resourceful, working methodically and meticulously while representing property sellers and/or purchasers. We are aware that the purchase of a home will likely be the largest investment for many clients in their entire lifetime. is the Designated Broker and 1/2 owner of Ace Realty. She's a Tucson resident since 1994. Driving through our beautiful city to search for her own house made her think about the real estate business.... With a degree in hotel management she moved here from Heidelberg, Germany. Meeting and working with people is one of the benefits she enjoys, also assisting them with advice and real results. She is specialized in helping sellers/buyers with assisted living homes & facilities, investment "deals", and creative solutions for RE related problems. She is also assisting clients with trading/ exchanging properties within the U.S., soon expanding to Europe and possibly global. Just call her to get an update! Her designation of ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative, 2002-2005) as well as the SHS (Senior Housing Specialist) and memberships as a REALTOR (R) with the MLS, and several REALTOR (R) Associations (Tucson, Arizona & National), helped to establish a profound client & referral base. She's also a member of IREC, the International Real Estate Council, President & Treasurer of T.R.E.E.(Tucson Real Estate Exchangors, 2006-2008), Member of APEX (Association of Professional Exchangors), and a candidate for the ACC designation (Accredited Commercial Consultant).

is the Associate Broker and 1/2 owner of Ace Realty. He is a thirty year Tucson resident. Prior to obtaining his Real Estate license, he owned and operated residential rental properties throughout the Tucson Metropolitan area. He is familiar with all parts of the city, especially the East and Central areas.
